Thinking brain shuts off and physical caveman brain acts 

-Crying

-Punching

-Kicking 

-Freezing

-Sweating

Freak out happens 

Use Strategies 

SSSSLLLLOOOOWW

your brain down so your 'lid' (thinking brain) can go back on

1) Count to 10

2) Breath slowly

 

3) Visualize a happy place

4) Leave- get a drink

5) Exercise

6) Socialize

7) Have a snack!

9)Sleep
